Pictures from our "I want to be PBDE Free" campaign

During our campaign to eliminate toxic flame retardants we asked our supporters to send in "I want to be PBDE free" images. These photos were  compiled into a collage and delivered to Senators  a few days before they voted 41-8 in support of our bill to eliminate these nasty chemicals.    Since that time the photos have been used in publications around the state and in Canada.

Below are the amazing images we received, they are displayed over several web pages.  Enjoy!

Don’t Let the Pesticide Industry Gain Control of Pesticide Incident Reporting!

Governor Gregoire is about to appoint two people to the state Pesticide Incident Reporting and Tracking (PIRT) Panel. She is being pressured by agricultural/pesticide groups to appoint individuals who stand to gain from minimizing any information or proposals that restrict pesticide use.
