List of Toy Recalls Due to Lead Paint

Provides a partial list of toy recalls due to lead paint.

In the summer and fall of 2007, toy manufacturers recalled millions of toys because of dangerous lead paint.

Below is a partial list of the recalls and links to information provided by the federal Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). For the most recent information visit the CPSC website.  You can also sign up for email alerts from the CPSC here.

If you know any child who has one of these toys, take the toy away immediately.

Governor Gregoire is about to appoint two people to the state Pesticide Incident Reporting and Tracking (PIRT) Panel. She is being pressured by agricultural/pesticide groups to appoint individuals who stand to gain from minimizing any information or proposals that restrict pesticide use.
